Wojciech Dąbrowski

A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, where he was awarded a Master of Laws degree. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering in the Operation of Steam, Gas, and Combined-Cycle Power Plants, and Combined Heat and Power Plants, as well as at the Kozminski University, and the University of Warsaw, at the Faculty of Management ? Public Administration Management.

He has many years of experience in managerial positions, having worked both in local and central government administration, and as an investment and legal advisor. He also has experience in consultancy related to acquiring EU funding. Furthermore, he has successfully managed teams involved in the implementation of investment projects and is seasoned in preparing and implementing line and facility investments as well as technological systems in the power sector. He has successfully executed M&A projects, restructuring measures, and development operations in enterprises. He has served on supervisory boards of power companies, armament companies, commercial companies, and other industrial enterprises. From January 2011, Vice President of the Management Board of Zaklad Energetyki Cieplnej w Wolominie Sp. z o.o., and President of the Management Board of PGNiG Termika S.A. since January 2016. Since November 2017 he is President of the Management Board of PGE Energia Ciepła. On 13th June 2018, he became President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Professional Heat and Power Plants.
