With the energy sector since over 20 years in managerial roles on operational and strategic levels.

In 2015, with SNC Lavalin Sp. z o.o. Polska ? Vice President of the Management Board and Director for Business Development. Between 1999 and 2015 in managerial positions at ALSTOM Group, where he co developed the energy sector growth plans and strategies and was responsible for acquisition of new investment projects in conventional and renewable energy areas. He managed and coordinated collaboration with key participants in the energy projects investment process in Poland and was developing trade relations with the key players on the energy markets of Czech Republic, Romania and the Balkans. Between 1995 and 1998 with ABB ? managerial functions in the Services Division of ABB Polska, where he was developing and implementing the strategy for sales of maintenance products and services for the Polish power sector.

Underwent numerous trainings: Advanced Quality Management Programme, Six Sigma Development Programme, Power Plant Sales Engineer Technical Training, PP-SETT in Switzerland and Germany, Project Planning & Control Programme, Mountaineer Leadership Programme, Business Leaders Development Programme.

At present, CEO of Enea SA since 7 January 2016.

Graduate of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Gdynia Maritime University. Graduated from MBA studies (Rotterdam School of Management programme in collaboration with the University of Gdańsk and the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development) with the title of Executive Master of Business Administration. He also completed the postgraduate course in Corporate Finance Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently attends Executive Doctor of Business Administration studies at the w Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economic Sciences.
