Jerzy Janikowski

Graduated from the AGH - University of Science and Technology in Kraków and holds MSc in Electrical Engineering. He also studied post diploma Law of the European Union (Jagiellonian University in Kraków) and many others.

From 1993 to 2000 he worked in Jaworzno III Power Plant as an Engineer  at the Electrical Protections and Measurement Department. In 2001 he went to Strategy and Management Department in the PKE SA (second power generator in Poland) and held positions ranging from Expert to Head of European Affairs. In March 2008 Jerzy Janikowski has joined Tauron Polska Energia as International Relations Officer and then Head of Unit Regulatory Affairs and International Cooperation. Now, he is the leading expert in Regulatory Team.

From 2002 member of EURELECTRIC: Working Group Energy Policy, Sub Working Group CHP, Task Force Smart Grids, Flexible Loads and Storage, WG RES, Energy Policy and Generation Committee. Member of Polish Electricity Association.
